LAYAWAY POLICY
Layaway payments of at least ten dollars must be made every two weeks. Final payment due within 24 months. Layaway accounts allow our customers to guarantee the price of ordered merchandise. American Freight does not represent to hold the merchandise at the sale location once the account is opened, but will guarantee the price. We request a minimum of four weeks notice after final payment has been made, prior to pick-up or delivery of your merchandise, to ensure your order is in stock. If you are current on your payments and your merchandise is not available within a four week period, you will be entitled to a full refund. No refunds are issued after 10 days from the initial layaway except as provided above. After 6 months all delinquent layaway accounts are subject to a service charge of ten dollars per month to bear the expenses of administrating the layaway program. Merchandise will not be removed from active inventory until the final payment on that specific sale has been made.  Except as provided above, all sales are final.  Items sold as discounted set packages may only be returned as a complete set.  All exchanges or returns must be accompanied by the original bill of sale. 
 
LIMITED WARRANTY
American Freight honors all manufacturers warranties on merchandise.  Please be aware that the manufacturers warranty provides you specific legal rights.  We do not however, extend any additional warranties to those specified in writing by the manufacturers. Upholstered fabrics are not guaranteed for color fastness, wear ability, or shrinkage by the manufacturers, and therefore are not guaranteed by American Freight. You may also have additional rights under applicable state laws. American Freight makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, or of merchantability, or of fitness for a specific purpose.
 
DELIVERIES
American Freight subcontracts all of its deliveries with third party delivery services.  These delivery services contract directly with our customers for delivery of merchandise.  Because delivery services are provided by third party contractors, American Freight cannot refund delivery charges.  Please inspect your merchandise at the loading dock. American Freight is not responsible for subcontracted deliveries or customers who fail to secure their loads. The contractual provisions of these transactions are governed by the laws of specific state in which the store is located.
